About this Sativa Strain

The large yet airy nugs from Sunshine appear a light mint green due to the sparkling trichomes coating nearly every surface of the flower. A sativa-leaning hybrid cannabis plant, Sunshine smells of fruity skunk, and the flavor of its smoke carries and earthy quality.

Lab data puts its potency at an impressive 25-26% THC, making it significantly stronger than most commercially available buds.

This strain will keep most smokers up and running, so it’s best reserved for morning or afternoon use. It also offers some solid medicating while keeping the brain alert, so it’s possible to work or socialize while under the effects of Sunshine. It may also help with easing pain, muscle tension, cramps, low moods, or exhaustion/sleepiness.

Because Sunshine leans to the sativa end of things, some users may find that it causes paranoia, anxiety, or even headaches, especially in high doses.

History

Sunshine comes from Peace Naturals Project, based in Canada. It’s a cross between Chemdawg and Sunshine Daydream.

Sunshine weed strain

Just purchased an 1/8 of Sunshine OG (flower/buds) for the first time. The ingredients label on the bottle states the following: THCA: 24.66% and THC: 1.56%. Anyway, I put in less than half of a one hitter into a bowl and took my first pull on Sunshine OG. By the time I exhaled I was on my way to feeling stoned. Plus, when I exhaled my bottom lip became numb for about 10 seconds then it left never to return. The reviews on Allbud as well as some other sites I research daily said that Sunshine OG is a Hybrid Sativa dominant (70%-30%), and good for a wake-n-bake. Since I was already up for a few hours before I tried this strain; does it still count as a wake and bake weed? I say hell yes. This strain feels pretty good to me. and I use it for lower lumbar pain that increases when walking. I tend to use sativas as my wake and bake and indicas as my pain relief and sleepy time strain. Sunshine OG is a nice buzz and I’m stoned. Glad I opted for Sunshine OG by Verano purchased at the Apothecarium of Phillipsburg (New Jersey). The price wasn’t to bad. Got an 1/8 for $60 minus my veterans discount of 20%. Hope my review wasn’t to long or boring. Peace and equality for all.

I got this @31% as a sold out G6 replacement and I’m very happy with this strain. It’s a straight artist strain and requires a recorder after use or you’ll miss those great ideas that have made many millionaires. I feel great off one bud kup and I’m very alert, high, deep in thought, energetic, smooth, calm (no shaky leg). This last for 4 hours before a yawn. Spark another kup to pep back up. Hey that rhymes! LOL

I got mine as Verano prerolls in IL. Nearly 30% THC but I can still think. Happy happy joy joy. Just start with a pinch if like me you are coming off a 6-week T break. Might make you a little anxious. Not a racy strain, but it was a bit freaky when my lips went numb after one hit. Be careful not to get tooo stoned. The cannabinoids or terps or something make this definitely seem like a 30%er. Good stuff! Creative types would love this for wake n bake. Heck, anyone would who likes strong S dominants. Oh, yeah, and the smell comes right through the sealed container. Always a good sign.

Just picked some up in IL and I almost think they put the wrong label on cuz I don’t get sweet or skunk smells at all, it has a kinda rank earthy mushroom or garlic type smell, not like bad, but strong and intriguing, I don’t think I’ve ever actually had a bud that smells like this before. Smoking it there is definitely a mushroom/umami type thing going on, not entirely sure I like these smoke flavors but there’s something going on there for sure that is different and kinda cool. Exhale and aftertaste is also very strange, moves to a cheese type flavor. Like for 10 mins or so after smoking my mouth and breath have the exact flavor of a slightly ripe Brie/Camembert cheese. It’s wild. Effects are really nice, good morning strain but not sure I enjoy these after flavors too much. maybe it’s a reminder to brush your teeth in the morning!

The one I have is “Sunshine OG” from Verano in Illinois. The label indicates 28% THC – 0% CBD. Alittle CBD in this and might be the perfect strain (for me). But everything else about it is wonderful. The container was opened in the car about 3 feet away. My wife asks, can you smell it? ME: No. Then 10 seconds later I caught the distict smell of a skunk somewhere, but not real close (type of smell). That made me happy. An old school Kind Bud smell when the weed you had access to was never labeled or named. You just knew it was good based on the bag appeal and smell.

Sunshine OG, also known as “Sunshine Kush,” is a sativa dominant hybrid strain (70% sativa/30% indica) created through crossing the classic OG Kush X Michigan Sunshine strains. Looking for a great wake-and-bake strain to get you really up and going? You've found it. Sunshine OG brings on the brig…

🍊🌺 this might be in my top 3 strains of all time. It’s high is just like its name. Great citrus flavor, felt like a perfect blend of sativa and indica. Able to do a night time errand that required me to drive no problemo. In fact the drive was freaking amazing, and hanging out with my son when i got back was amazing. Beautiful optical and auditory enhancement. Listening to meshuggah in my car was suuuuuper jammy I couldnt stop banging my head. This is a strain that will make colors brighter and music amazing. Cant wait to try this beauty at a concert. Probably mind blowing. 10/10. 11/10 if I could.

Orange Blossom by Falcanna is the hybrid cross of Orange Bud and OG Kush. This strain combines equal measures carefree euphoria with calming physical effects that make it ideal for leisurely activities. Its aroma is slightly floral with overtones of fresh squeezed orange. Orange Blossom’s flavor is very similar but includes a delicate Kush aftertaste. Utilize this strain to stimulate appetite while reducing stress.

Orange Blossom is an indica dominant hybrid strain with unknown parentage due to its rarity and general secrecy about its origins. However, it is thought to be a descendant of the Orange Dream or Orange Creamsicle family based on its creamy vanilla and orange flavor. The aroma of Orange Blossom…

Network strain metric on the rewrite?

Not sure if this is the place for it, but here goes.

After tweaking the congestion control feature present in OBS1 I’m looking to port it over to the rewrite. However I’m having problems finding some variables in the new code, specifically a pointer to the current network (packet) strain. I’ve ran a search for the common terms and glanced at the network related code but couldn’t find it. Is it even present?

Blueberry Yum Yum

Blueberry Yum Yum is an indica-dominant hybrid marijuana strain, a cross between Blueberry and Durban Poison. It was made famous by the rapper Ludacris, who cited it in a lyric. It has a scent of earthy pine and a delicious berry flavor when you consume it. It can be prone to high THC levels, sometimes more than 20%.

The Blueberry Yum Yum plant produces small, fluffy, sticky buds that flower in a cycle of about 56 to 63 days. It is lush and has a sweet aroma. It can grow indoors and outdoors, and uniquely, the strain has a resistance to mold, pests, and mildew. Reportedly, it is an easy-to-grow strain, so novices and experienced growers alike can try their hand at growing it. Its a great relaxant and promotes a feeling of tingling happiness. The indica part relaxes you, the sativa part is just enough to make you stay alert.

Blueberry Yum Yum is a balanced drug that produces a positive feeling, though some first-time users have reported side effects such as itchy eyes and dryness in the mouth. It is a drug that is medically used to treat anxiety disorders and can leave you feeling stress-free. It also, naturally, removes paranoid thoughts.

Basic / Breeders Info

Power Africa FAST is a mostly sativa variety from Seedsman and can be cultivated indoors (where the plants will need a flowering time of ±46 days ), outdoors and in the greenhouse. Seedsmans Power Africa FAST is a THC dominant variety and is/was only available as feminized seeds.

Seedsmans Power Africa FAST Description

Power Africa Fast version reduces the flowering and maturation of the original Power Africa by more than a week. Already a quick strain this Durban Poison-based plant has been crossed with a fast-maturing male to deliver your prized buds even faster.

Power Africa (Durban Poison) plants were already well-regarded for their ability to produce large yields of predominantly sativa buds in a short period of time but this fast version is even quicker while detracting not one iota from its prodigious yields. Plants grow to between 100 – 140 cm. tall and will yield 450 – 550 gr/m2 of high THC (up to 20%) in just 6 – 7 weeks of flowering. Power Africa fast is even better suited to cultivation outdoors or in a greenhouse being ready during September which is, hopefully, before the weather takes a turn for the worse.

The flavour of this marijuana strain is somewhat acrid with a taste of pine and notes of aniseed. the effect is nicely uplifting and happy without a let-down after a couple of hours. Very smooth and comfortable.

YIELD 450-550 gm/m2
PLANT HEIGHT 100-140 cm
GROWS Greenhouse, Indoors, Outdoors
FLOWERING TIME 6-7 Weeks
HARVEST MONTH September
TASTE / FLAVOUR Pine
EFFECT Happy

It’s Going To Be An Undead New Year

Hello fellow survivors. (It’s been a long time since I last typed that…)

It’s traditional to close out the year with the phrase, “Happy new year!” Usually we say that speculatively, as in, “Boy I sure do hope we have a happy year next year!” But sometimes we might have a reason to actually believe it will be a happy year next year. For those of us here at Undead Labs, we’re looking at a ton of hard work next year (multiple metric tons of tons, more realistically), some late-night panics, a few “oh my god oh my god” meetings, a sprinkling of bug-count out-to-the-woodshed sessions courtesy of our QA team, and some assorted last-minute design or tech change freak outs. And all that can mean only one thing: we’re driving toward the release of State of Decay 2 next year, and that will make it a very happy year indeed.

A Letter From Jeff

Just a few short moments ago at the Xbox E3 2016 Briefing in Los Angeles, we announced State of Decay 2 to the world.

It’s been a few years since we announced our partnership with Microsoft Studios to start building the future of State of Decay, and we’re thrilled (and a little relieved) to finally be able to talk about it. As a full sequel with much higher ambitions, we had to wait until development was far enough along to speak confidently about what the game will be when it gets into your hands (or maybe, on your hard drive). We’re a development team that enjoys direct, regular interaction with fans of our games, so it’s been hard for us to stay silent about something we’re so excited about, but as of today we can finally tell you that it’s coming.

During that time we’ve had the opportunity to see and hear what millions of you enjoyed about State of Decay. Through Twitch streams, to Twitter, the always-passionate Steam forums, in our own community forums, and — perhaps most of all — through meeting so many of you in person at game conventions and fan events, we’ve heard you clearly. We’ve considered many paths for State of Decay over the past few years, but the overwhelming majority of you said you wanted a bigger, badder, bolder, smoother State of Decay that you could play with your friends.

And so that’s exactly what we’re making.

State of Decay 2 builds upon the unique blend of open-world exploration, third-person action, and survival-fantasy role playing we pioneered in the original State of Decay, and then adds drop-in cooperative multiplayer. The world of State of Decay 2 is larger, more dangerous, and more unpredictable than ever, so if you choose, you can put your survival plan to the test with up to three other players.

The Sun Sets on Moonrise

Hello Moonrise fans,

As you know, Moonrise has been in beta on Steam in the Early Access channel for the past few months. At the same time, the iOS version of the game has been available in limited release, in countries including Australia and Canada. During this beta period we’ve been gathering data on how people play the game. The free-to-play model, and the mobile market, are new territory for Undead Labs, so we’ve been paying close attention to these numbers to make sure we’re making a game people are excited to play, and also a game that we can operate profitably and sustainably with the level of support you expect.

What we’ve found is that while some people really love Moonrise, there were unfortunately many more people who played the game and then moved on after a few days. For a standalone, offline game that might be fine; but for an online game with significant server hosting costs and an expectation for ongoing development and new content, it can mean a game that not only doesn’t pay for it’s development costs, but might even cost money to operate. As you can imagine, that’s not something that makes sense for an independent studio like Undead Labs, nor for that matter would it be a good business decision even for a large publisher.

Year 2 Recollections

Hello fellow survivors,

On this very day two years ago, several hundred thousand of you took a chance and bought a little Xbox Live Arcade game named State of Decay. You had no idea who made it, or what it was all about, but you clearly loved survival-fantasy games and had a true gamer’s appetite for innovation and new gaming experiences. You may not have known that most of the development team behind the game — the artists, programmers, designers, musicians, animators, testers, and producers at Undead Labs — had been awake all night, waiting to see how you would react to a game that didn’t follow any established templates, and even broke fundamental design rules with mechanics like permadeath.

And, much to our joy (and, yeah, relief), the vast majority of you loved it. And told your friends. And streamed it on Twitch. And posted videos to YouTube. And tweeted about it. And over the next few months, State of Decay became the fastest-selling original* game of all time on Xbox Live Arcade, and went on to sell millions of copies on Xbox 360, Steam, and Xbox One.

And you know, two years later on, as we work on Big Things for the future of State of Decay, it’s a good time for all of us at Undead Labs and Microsoft to take a deep breath and reflect on exactly why we’re here, and why we have the opportunity to work on Big Things. I know it’s cliche to thank your customers, and sometimes it’s kind of like your mom saying “I love you” — she probably says it every day and you kind of start taking it for granted. But man, she means it from her heart. And so do we. Thank you for getting us here. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to keep working on Big Things. And thank you for being the kind of gamers who will take a chance on innovation.
