hankpankwank – 30.12.2019

Nice high yielding plants! 24% THC seems valid.

Nice & pronounced indica-stone-2-da-bone

reworg99 – 16.12.2018

Grew one outdoor , took few attentions it streched a bit and it produced a good crop of dense and hard buds which howhever were mostly small ,i think due to a nutrient deficiency , this fortunatly didn’t affect the potenci of this weed which is great ,outstandingstrains i’d sureli recomend

Richfield – 14.09.2017

Outdoor Grow:
so degenerierte Genetik erlebt, echt traurig !

leider unglaublich langsam gewachsen.

verwirrt an.

Jus10B(aka Jason White) – 21.07.2016

I used a led that was 600 something watts equal to 1000 wts. and its a great plant. Nice buds I had more indica version. Which made me have to tuck the fan leaves a lot to get it good. I lst but not enough about 5 inches. Very strong plant very beautiful. Also very strong, has a musky outdoor skunk flavor that is very earthy and musty and then serious sweat skunk in it. I would recommend taking off 30 percent of fans before flower. Because it’s one of those hard to get all buds sites to grow like a Christmas tree. So many fan leaves just tuck or scrog it. I would supercrop but it was a fem and they herb everytime on me. Good stuff when it done.

Hellmutt Bones – 15.05.2014

Had 5 seeds 4 sprouted
accidentaly killed one
3 grew fine one seemed to be less than normal yeild.
Easy to grow low nutes as she dosent like high dosage.
grew fast 50-60 days one ripend sooner than the other 3 it was the one with low yeild.
She smells like grape fruit.
Dried in 3 days jared and burped for a month.
The first time i smoked her and was very high not reccomended for people with paranoia.
I vaped her and paranoia is less. Once u get used to the dosage u can enjoy a very powerful trippy high.
Very strong strain not reccomended for novice tokers/vapers.

Yeild -6 less than average yeild.
smell – 7smells like grapefruits.
Taste -7 tastes fruity.
high – 9 very powerful not reccomended for begginers.
chopped her when most trichs where cloudy.

Witjah – 17.08.2013

have grown this strain 5 times. Never had any problems with hermaphrodites from seed (feminized)like so many others claim to have.
Big buds you want to support for more weight and thick compact buds.
And don»t let your humidity run high at the end of your flowering, or you can get mold
I«m a Haze connoisseur so I tend to pass on most Indica but LSD has this incredible taste like no other (someting different). It’s definitely my favourite indica-strain

zlavjestica – 20.11.2012

short , compact, slowly blossoming indica-pheno is not good for beginners..and can have problrms with mold and fungal diseases

kagbeni – 06.10.2012

The seeds were small and immature looking. All failed to sink when soaked and none germinated. I»ve been growing for many many years and my germination rate is usually 90-100%. I«ve had problems with Barneys seeds before (Acapulco Gold) so i probably won»t use them again which is a shame because they produce some great strains but what«s the use in that if you don’t take care with your seed production?

Hessian – 21.02.2012

Very recommendable strain. Grows on many soils, doesnt need much.
One tip though: do not cut the fresh growth to have more main buds. The stem does not react well to this.

Emoney – 10.04.2011

I have had no problems with this plant. She was from a feminised seed and responds quite well to all growing conditions.Added another Phenotype since nobody had the Indica dominant type.

v1ru5 – 28.12.2010

This report is about pheno #2 and #3. Tall, lanky, stretched, ok looking bud but not nearly as much as with pheno #1.

v1ru5 – 28.12.2010

Best pheno out of 10 feminized seeds was the best plant in the garden of 30 girls. Yields SUPERB of VERY HIGH quality bud, but needs a bit of space too.

mrgoodtimes – 21.12.2010

Hermied from feminized seeds in the first week of flower. aborted grow

Hot Tips for Growing the LSD Marijuana Strain

If you are seeking weed that provides an almost psychedelic high, you simply must read our growing guide for LSD . We offer steps and tips to help you grow this strain from seedling to potent plant ready for harvest. As you can guess, it is named after lysergic acid diethylamide, a drug developed by Albert Hofmann in 1938. The scientist didn’t realize that his new drug was hallucinogenic until he accidentally consumed a small amount in 1943.

Hofmann enjoyed the bizarre experience so much that he took a large amount a few days later and experienced the world’s first acid trip! The marijuana version was developed by Barney’s Farm in the Netherlands and is a cross of Mazar and Skunk #1 . It is a hybrid strain that can be either slightly indica or sativa.

If you adore LSD marijuana and want to grow your favorite strain, keep reading our growing guide but bear in mind that you can experiment a little and end up growing a different LSD strain from one harvest to the next.

Tip #1 –Strain Review: LSD Cannabis, What to Expect When Using It

LSD marijuana has a THC content of up to 24% so it is extremely potent and not ideal for a first-time weed user. Although this strain can have a CBD content of 2-5%, it won’t be enough to counteract the effects of the intoxicating compound. LSD provides a powerful cerebral high but rather than give you energy; it helps you relax before the Indica body high kicks in.

It is used as an analgesic because users report feeling ‘elevated’ to the point where they simply can’t feel the pain they are normally in. This strain rewards the user with a euphoric high boosts mood, and may even inspire creative types.

Tip #2 – Difficulty Growing LSD Cannabis

In terms of grow difficulty, LSD is regarded as easy to cultivate. It has a natural resistance to common parasites and pests. If all you do is feed it moderately, you can expect to benefit from a fairly substantial yield as long as the room’s humidity level is in check. Otherwise, you need to prune your plants as and when necessary to reduce the risk of mold.

Tip #3 – Best Growing Techniques for LSD Cannabis

LSD is one of the best marijuana strains to test out your pruning skills on. Effective pruning will help elevate your yield. It doesn’t grow particularly tall, but it will grow thick and bushy if you allow it to. It is best if you ‘top’ the plant to help produce more auxin which boosts the growth potential of the weed. We recommend pruning the lower branches to ensure the energy is focused on the large buds above.

Topping involves cutting off the top of the plant at the stem between the nodes. It will create a pair of main colas at the top of the plant, and you can use Low-Stress Training to tie down branches and create extra colas. The newly created colas are evenly spread out. It is a technique that ‘stresses’ the LSD plant a little and it may take a couple of days to recover and start growing again.

Tip #4 – LSD Cannabis Yield Expectations

LSD is a high-yielding plant whether you grow it indoors or outside. It typically yields approximately 21 ounces per square meter planted indoors. As for outdoor growing; assuming your plants are exposed to plenty of sunshine, the average LSD plant will produce up to 18 ounces of high-quality bud per plant. Outdoor growers also benefit from an early harvest; your crop could be ready by mid-September.

Whether or not it is worth growing your own LSD weed depends on how much you plan on using. Medicinal users often find that cultivation saves them money in the long-term. In Oregon, dispensaries sell LSD for approximately $180 per ounce. Even if you spend $2,000 on the equipment needed for a homegrow, anything above 11 ounces means you save money on what you pay at a dispensary, and you get to learn so much more about cannabis.

Tip #5 – Feeding LSD Cannabis

This is a strain that thrives on a moderate feeding schedule. You should consider growing in an organic super soil, which includes a variety of organic ingredients including worm castings and bat guano. These soil amendments contain different nutrients necessary for your LSD plants to grow.

As you probably know, nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium are key nutrients , and there are readymade fertilizers available from garden stores in an N-P-K ratio. For instance, if the bag says 3-2-1, it means there are three parts nitrogen for every two parts of phosphorus and one-part potassium.

Nitrogen-rich soil amendments include crustacean meal, which also includes calcium and chitin among other nutrients. Rock dust and chicken manure add phosphorus, while kelp meal and wood ash add potassium. While the focus is on NPK, don’t forget calcium, magnesium, sulfur, and numerous other nutrients.

Tip #6 – Should You Grow LSD Cannabis Indoors or Outdoors?

If you are looking for versatility, LSD is the right strain! It grows well whether you grow it indoors or outside. Most home growers prefer indoor cultivation because they can control the climate and prevent issues such as excess moisture or pests from ruining their crop. There is also a space consideration: Not everyone has access to enough land to enjoy a cannabis garden.

As states continue to allow marijuana cultivation, you would think the phenomenon known as ‘guerilla growing’ would begin to die out, but that isn’t the case. For the record, it is a term used to describe the practice of growing weed in a secret outdoor location that isn’t in your own garden. Individuals who do this find a secluded spot in nature where they are unlikely to be caught.

Those who go down this route seek a location close to water that doesn’t have many visitors. However, we don’t recommend going down this path because it is hard to find the right spot, not to mention covering your tracks and providing an alibi if you get caught near the growing field. It is better to grow LSD indoors if you want clandestine cultivation, although we are against illegal growing no matter if it happens inside or outside.

Tip #7 –Flowering Time of LSD Cannabis

LSD’s flowering time is 7-8 weeks, which makes it a relatively fast-growing strain. It is wise to invest in a small microscope once harvest time rolls around. Ideally, it will have a magnification of at least 60x as this allows you to look at the buds and spot the milky color of trichomes; an indication that your crop is ready for harvest . When the trichomes are slightly amber, they are ready to go. Don’t wait too long!

When harvesting, it is imperative that you have a set of clean tools. Large scale growers have a microbiologist on hand who swabs and tests all tools for contaminants before they are used. Although a home grower isn’t going to pay for a scientist; the least you can do is ensure the harvesting tools remain in the harvesting room at all times.

It makes perfect sense: If you use a pair of clippers when cultivating, it will be exposed to the bacteria that occurs naturally in soil. Obviously, allowing the same clippers to touch your final product is asking for trouble.

Tip #8 – What is the Best Climate for Growing LSD Cannabis?

LSD cannabis grows best if kept in a daytime temperature range of between 65- and 80-degrees Fahrenheit. Outdoor growers must be wary of heavy rainfall because if the dense buds are saturated, they could develop mold or powdery mildew . The latter is a fairly common disease that can be seen on the buds and leaves of cannabis plants. You typically find it on the lower branches due to poor airflow, high humidity, and less light exposure.

It is easy to spot but spreads very quickly. Prevent powdery mildew by spraying your plants with organic fungicides, and prune when necessary to improve overall airflow. A mixture of 3% hydrogen peroxide with water creates a potent solution that can remove the mildew and sterilize the harvested plants. It is an absolute pain to complete this process, but it is worth the time and effort because it will probably save your plants.

Everything you need to know to grow LSD marijuana strain at home including nutrients, pruning techniques, and how to harvest.
